What We Offer
One visit per week is sometimes all it takes to train and continuously move your practice forward.
Leigh will meet with the dentist once a month to answer questions about the team’s training progress. But you and your team are never alone, as our team is available by email, phone or text to assist and answer questions on days when we’re not there. We are here for you.
Our leave-behind training binder houses all the forms, checklists and policies you’ll need to run a productive and highly effective practice. Your staff can refer to the master binder anytime they want and as much as they want.
From email alerts to weekly reports, we keep you and your team informed about how they are progressing in the weekly in-office training and any areas we think should be revisited. We’re not satisfied until you and your team are.
How Does It Work?
For an affordable monthly fee, you can train your entire team with live visits every week for up to a year, and often less.
We don’t charge per visit or per team member. We provide training for your entire team at a price we establish together at our complimentary assessment interview.
This is it – a very fair monthly price to help train your staff. This training was designed to be easy to learn, effective, efficient and at a cost any dentist can afford.
